Our company has chosen to participate in the S903 Guarantee Program with World Trade Distribution and receive the benefits of No Demurrage and Fast Turnaround time guarantee.
Effective immediately please take this letter as your authorization and instruction to designate S903 in Box 29 of the 3461 ABI transmission for all our future Import entries.
We further request, authorize and instruct you to work with World Trade Distribution on establishing a process of automatically receiving permits to transfers and other notifications that would enable the smooth flow of containers out of the ramps or ports prior to the expiration of free time.
This letter further authorizes you, on our behalf, to automatically instruct World Trade to dray containers to their yard prior to the expiration of the free time with no further instruction from us. We understand that dray charges will apply for all containers drayed to the World Trade Distribution Yard.
This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled by us in writing.
